User Agreement

vasilescu.pro Solutions User Agreement

This User Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and vasilescu.pro Solutions (“vasilescu.pro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://vasilescu.pro website (the “Site”) and any interactive features, user accounts, or community spaces provided thereon.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS

  • Age Restriction: The Site and its interactive features are strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.
  • Account Registration: If you register an account on our Site (for training portals, alumni networks, or community forums), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it as necessary.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false data or violate security protocols.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The public design, source code, functionality, and professional materials hosted on this Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks or logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Site and use the Content solely for your personal or internal business training purposes. No part of the Site may be exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, or display content—including comments, forum posts, suggestions, profile data, or feedback (collectively, “Contributions”). You retain full ownership of your Contributions, but you warrant that your Contributions will not:

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Be false, inaccurate, intentionally misleading, or constitute unauthorized commercial solicitation (spam).
  • Be obscene, offensive, hateful, defamatory, or promote violence or harassment against any individual or group.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting Contributions to any public or interactive part of the Site, you automatically grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to host, cache, store, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content to facilitate the proper operation of the Site’s community and interactive features. We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions; you remain fully responsible for what you post.

5. CONTENT MODERATION & DIGITAL SERVICES ACT (DSA) COMPLIANCE

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), we maintain a fair system for managing user-generated content:

  • Monitoring and Moderation: We reserve the right, but do not have the strict obligation, to monitor and review user Contributions. We may remove or disable access to any Contribution that, in our sole opinion, violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
  • Notice and Action: If you believe any content on our Site is illegal or violates these terms, you may report it to us at [email protected].
  • Statement of Reasons: If we remove or restrict your Contribution or suspend your account, we will provide you with a transparent explanation of our decision and outline the steps available to appeal the action if you believe the decision was made in error.

6. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS AND RATINGS

If the Site allows you to leave professional reviews or ratings for our seminars or advisory services, you agree that:

  1. You must have direct, firsthand experience with the service being reviewed.
  2. Your review must be honest, factual, and clear of abusive, profane, or anti-competitive language.
  3. You may not organize collective campaigns encouraging others to post coordinated positive or negative reviews.

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not investigate, monitor, or check these third-party platforms for accuracy or appropriateness. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or contents of any third-party websites you access through our Site, and you do so entirely at your own risk.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold vasilescu.pro Solutions harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party arising out of: (1) your user Contributions; (2) your use of the Site’s interactive features in violation of this Agreement; or (3) your explicit violation of a third party’s legal or intellectual property rights.

9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES

Interacting with the Site, submitting web forms, and sending us emails constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and records of transactions we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This User Agreement is governed by and interpreted following the laws of Austria, excluding the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vienna, Austria for any legal disputes arising out of this agreement.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to update this User Agreement at any time.

  • Standard Users: Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Site. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
  • Registered Account Holders: If you hold an active user account, material changes to this agreement will be communicated to you via email 30 days before they take effect, allowing you the opportunity to close your account if you do not agree to the new terms.
