Payment and Refund Policy

vasilescu.pro Solutions Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “the client”, “the customer”) and vasilescu.pro Solutions (“vasilescu.pro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your purchase of Services from https://vasilescu.pro website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

All Services offered on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Services at any time for any reason. Prices for all Services are subject to change.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • iDEAL

  • Sofort

Provided by and through the following payment processors: Stripe (Service Agreement), SumUp (Terms of Service) and Klarna (Terms of Service).

The base currency for your Site is the Euro and the prices on our Site include VAT where applicable. In case of paying in a different currency than the Euro, the displayed price includes a typical markup of 3 % to offset the currency exchange fees and additional payment processor fees. This percentage can vary slightly in order to display rounded final prices. The currency exchange rates are obtained through Google Finance and Yahoo Finance APIs on a daily basis. Not all payment methods are available for all currencies and all countries. If you wish to pay through a specific payment processor, try switching the currency to see if the preferred payment processor is available in the respective currency.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed (see our privacy policy). We may change prices at any time.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. If your credit card or account cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing address.

Any amount remaining unpaid after 30 days from the due date shall accrue interest at a rate equal to the European Central Bank base rate plus ten per cent (10%) per month, calculated on a daily basis.

REFUND POLICY

The Services are provided by us “as is”. We strive however to provide our Services in a proper and professional manner consistent with industry standards.

If a project is delayed at the request of the client or due to the client’s internal processes, we will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, and any fees or damages will stand with the client.

We do not offer any refund for Services that have commenced, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, and at our sole discretion. Our liability is limited and defined in our Terms of Service. Furthermore, not using the booked Services either partially or in their entirety, not showing up to the appointments or events, not using the booked time (no shows) or showing up late, reducing the effective time of the appointment, does not entitle you to a refund or discount.

The Client has the option to reschedule (for training, mentoring and coaching services) or cancel an appointment or booking (for all services) from their account (https://vasilescu.pro/account/). For training, mentoring and coaching services the option to reschedule or cancel is available up to two (2) days before the appointment or booking and for events, workshops and seminars, the option to cancel is available up to three (3) days before the event. This has no effect on the refund policy as described below (e.g. the Client has a coaching session in three days that they decide to cancel. According to the Site’s refund policy, no refunds are given within one week of the scheduled start of the training or consultancy appointment. Therefore, the appointment is canceled, but the payment will not be reimbursed).

Because the Client has the option to reschedule appointments, all timeframes below refer to the original appointment time and date – if the rescheduled date and time is later than the original appointment, and all timeframes below refer to the rescheduled time and date – if the rescheduled date and time is earlier than the original appointment. (e.g. if the Client decides to reschedule an appointment that should take place in one month, and reschedules it within a week from now, then they lose the option to obtain any refund if they decide later to cancel the appointment).

TRAINING, MENTORING AND COACHING SERVICES

Customer reservations which are canceled fourteen (14) or more days before the start of the training or consultancy booking will be refunded in their entirety, minus the cost of payment processing.

Customer reservations which are canceled seven to fourteen (7-14) days before the beginning of the training or consultancy appointment will be refunded, by fifty percent (50%) of the processed payment.

No refund is offered for any cancellations within one (1) week of the scheduled start of the training or consultancy appointment.

Memberships and retainer fees which are canceled up to fourteen (14) days after the purchase date will be refunded in their entirety, minus the cost of payment processing. No refund will be provided after this deadline has elapsed. No refund is provided if the service is not used at all or just partially.

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS AND SEMINARS

Customer reservations which are canceled fourteen (14) or more days before the start of the event, workshop or seminar will be refunded, in their entirety minus the cost of payment processing.

Customer reservations which are canceled seven to fourteen (7-14) days before the beginning of the event, workshop or seminar will be refunded, by fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee.

No refund is offered for any cancellations within one (1) week of the start of the event, workshop or seminar.

All refunds for events, workshops and seminars will be processed after the respective events.

If the event, workshop or seminar has to be rescheduled, then all attendees still registered at the time of the rescheduling are able to cancel their participation by clicking on the link in the e-mail notification up to the minimum time described in the “Refund Policy” section. If the date of the rescheduling is within fourteen (14) days of the original start of the event, workshop or seminar, then any attendees that were registered at the time of the rescheduling and that cancel their participation after this time will be refunded in their entirety and the Site will support the cost of payment processing. If the date of the rescheduling is fourteen (14) or more days of the original start of the event, workshop or seminar, then the regular refund policy for events, workshops and seminars described above applies.

If the event, workshop or seminar is canceled by us or the host, then all attendees still registered at the time of the cancellation of the event by us will be refunded in their entirety and the Site will support the cost of payment processing.

OTHER SERVICES

For all other Services provided by us, we offer a refund policy of fourteen (14) days after the first charge of your account or credit card with the amount agreed upon under the contract, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties. This refund policy does not apply for Services that begin within fourteen (14) days after he first charge your account or credit card, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

CHANGES AND UPDATES

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or Modifications to this Policy at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Policy to stay informed of updates. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website. However, it should be noted that any changes made to this Policy shall not have a retroactive effect.

You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of, and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Policy by your continued use of the Site after the last revised date. It is important therefore to periodically inspect this Policy for changes, amendments, and modifications, and you are strongly advised to do so.
